Returns and complaints
Pursuant to the Act on consumer rights, the buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to send a statement of withdrawal from the contract. The return of the item by the consumer should take place immediately, not later than within 14 calendar days from the date of sending the statement. The consumer covers all direct return costs. Returned goods cannot bear traces of use.
The right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or remotely is not entitled to the consumer in respect of contracts:
1. in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs.
2. in which the subject of the service are things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things.
If the received product is defective, please inform the seller as soon as possible and return it to the company’s address. Optidrill reserves the period of 14 days to consider the complaint. In the case of a recognized complaint, we refund the full cost of defective products or send a new one, free from defects. These provisions do not limit any rights that the Customer has by law.
If any defects are found in the purchased product, Optidrill respects the statutory rights of the customer. In the case of complaints about visible defects, please return the product as soon as possible and inform Optidrill about its defects.
