1. DELIVERY

Optidrill accepts and processes orders with the utmost care. We will deliver ordered products to your home address or other selected address in Poland or abroad using the chosen delivery method. Optidrill makes every effort to ensure that orders are shipped as soon as possible and in the order in which they were placed. We try to send goods within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the order confirmation email. Although we strive to ship orders within the prescribed period, unforeseen events may delay delivery. Optidrill uses the services of many courier companies in various markets. In Poland, we cooperate with: Inpost or DPD, the declared transport time is 1-2 days. Shipments to countries within the European Union are carried out in cooperation with TNT, GLS or DPD companies, the declared transport time is 3-8 days. Deliveries outside Europe are carried out with the help of UPS, the declared transport time is 4-8 days. If the order is not delivered within the prescribed period, please contact Customer Service. The seller does not send parcels by traditional mail or other forms that do not provide a tracking number.

2. PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS

The prices displayed on drill-partner.com include statutory VAT, but do not include delivery costs. Offers with free shipping are an exception.
The delivery cost for each order may vary depending on the size or weight of the package. The cost of each delivery method is detailed at the checkout stage. If we are unable to deliver the order in full and it is necessary to send the products in several packages, we will not charge the Customer for the delivery of subsequent shipments. The seller does not bear the costs related to any customs clearance.
